Mud House Single Vineyard: The Woolshed Sauvignon Blanc 2017 paired with Mills Bay Mussels served fresh with garlic butter and panna grotto crumb took out the title of the perfect pairing for the Supreme Wine and Food Match at this year’s Marlborough Wine and Food Festival.

The match displayed the classic food pairing of Sauvignon and Seafood perfectly and judges Mark Southon, Mike Puru and Stuart Smith all agreed that it was the dish of the day.
